Nakheel seeks firms to build villas at Dubai mixed-use development

Nakheel has floated a tender calling on construction companies to build 90 two-storey villas at its Jumeirah Village Circle development in Dubai.

The tender also involves all infrastructure and road works associated with the villas. To participate, firms must have a valid license from the Government of Dubai, Department of Economic Development.

Tender documents can be obtained upon submission of a AED2,000 non-refundable tender fee and a copy of the tenderer's valid trade license.

Tenders should be returned to the above address on or before noon on 7 April, 2013.

Jumeirah Village is a collection of more than 2,000 villas and townhouses built in classic Arabian and Mediterranean styles 

The expected completion date for the master community is 2014
