Dadabhai Miknas Properties launches project in Bahrain

Bahrain-based Dadabhai Miknas Properties has announced plans to build a US $45 million (BD17 million) freehold residential project in Juffair, Bahrain.

Bahrain-based Dadabhai Miknas Properties has announced plans to build a US $45 million (BD17 million) freehold residential project in Juffair, Bahrain.

Called Crystal Heights, the building has been designed by Dadabhai Construction and will have a design structure consisting of turning blocks.

Shabeer Dadabhai, managing director, Dadabhai Construction, said: "The Kingdom of Bahrain is witnessing an unprecedented boom in the real estate and infrastructure sectors due to the vision of the government of Bahrain and the implementation of proactive policies."

Spread over a plot area of 2,268m2 and a construction area of 30,000m2, the building's consultant is Habib Modara Consultants.

Crystal Heights will be made up of 150 apartments which include two Duplex Penthouses. The building will have 26 floors with 172 parking bays.

The project is estimated to be completed within two years from the start of construction.
