Damac Properties has announced plans to build a new luxury villa complex in Cairo called Hyde Park.

Damac Properties has announced plans to build a new luxury villa complex in Cairo called Hyde Park.

The UAE-based company will build the 4.7 million m2 development at a cost of US $7 billion (AED25.7 billion).

The project, named after the famous park in central London, will consist of 3,000 villas in landscaped gardens in a gated, secure community.

The villas will be in a wide range of styles, from neo-classical to Californian-Spanish architecture.
