QBG Services is an integrated facilities management company established in 1987, and provides over 30 services to 350 customers. We achieve this by recognising the clients’ needs, providing them efficient, effective and unique facility management solutions.
QBG Services uses over 300 tools every day at various locations providing services like MEP, HVAC, housekeeping, landscaping, carpentry, renovations, refurbishments, and more. We provide services across a wide variety of industries including hospitality, commercial establishments, leading hospitals, and manufacturing companies.
The following are just some of the tools used by the technical team. The IR temperature scanner is used for quick temperature scans of systems. This can look for anything like unusual hot spots that signal electrical and electromechanical malfunctions.
Because infrared measurement does not require making contact with the surface that is being measured, technicians can take the necessary measurements from a safe distance, that is, away from moving machinery or live electrical connections.
The PPR welding tool, the socket fusion machine, and the plastic welding machine, are also used widely. Welding machines are suitable for welding various pipes, like PPR pipes, PE pipes and so on equipped six to eight moulds of the size within 20mm, 25mm, 32mm, 40mm, 50mm, 63mm.
In addition, all the moulds are covered with American coating Teflon to protect the plastic pipes.
The purpose of a vacuum pump is to remove moisture and air from an A/C-R system. Modern systems’ charges are more critical. That means these systems have a greater sensitivity to moisture and other contaminants, making thorough evacuation more important than ever before.
Moisture in a refrigeration system, directly or indirectly, is the cause of most problems and complaints.
The cordless drill machine with 16 pieces has 24 torque clutches is used for perfect screw driving into a variety of materials with different screw sizes. Its variable speed is used for ultimate fingertip control for all drilling applications.
The team also uses the Meggar electrical tool that generates a high voltage to test the resistance of power cables insulation and motor windings.
The heavy-duty metal rotating vane anemometer provides a direct reading of air velocity and is a temperature device for wind speed, for ventilation system engineering maintenance and centralised conditioning.
We also use a lux meter for measuring illuminances (lighting levels) in work places.
QBG Services also uses a web-based CAFM system that is manned with a 24/7 helpdesk staff to attend to any complaints immediately. When an entry is logged, this complaint is sent through the web to technicians, who then react and resolve the issue.
All actions and statuses are recorded via the internet for supervision of service-levels. Our technicians and staff can access the CAFM system over our iPad application as well.
