Causeway has launched a range of cloud-based FM software services into the Middle East facilities and estates management sector.

Paul Madeira, Causeway chief operating officer, said: "Facilities management is a growing discipline in the Middle East and, with our solutions for the entire lifecycle of the built environment; we are ideally placed to support facility managers within the region.

"The introduction of cloud-based, hosted FM software underpins our commitment to adding value in this increasingly important sector."

This complements the already existing Causeway FM Facts suite, and does not require users to install the software on their own IT infrastructure.

Modules available within the suite include helpdesk, integrated asset management, room/resource booking, visitor management, supplier intranet and a host of other tools. Integration between modules enables FM data to be shared across core activities.

Causeway has been supporting many clients across the built environment throughout the UAE and Qatar for over eight years. These include Abu Dhabi Airport Company, Arabtec, Kele Contracting, ISG, Ashghal, Arab Engineering Bureau, KEO & EC Harris.
