Kempinski debuts in Saudi Arabia

Hotel to be first intelligent hotel in kingdom.

Kempinski Hotels has been given the management contract for a new luxury hotel on Jeddah Cornish. The hotel will be the company's first foray into the Saudi Arabian market and will feature 321 rooms spread over 56 floors.

Currently in its final design stages, the Kempinski Hotel Jeddah will be the first intelligent hotel building in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, using advanced electro mechanical green technology. It will be designed by Perkins and Will International.

A range of facilities including leisure suites, two restaurants offering a range of international cuisines, a wellness centre and spa, fitness centre, swimming pool and a 1000m² ballroom are included in the design.
