Idama Facilities Management, a subsidiary of Ejadah Asset Management Group, has announced the signing of a strategic partnership agreement with the UAE Football Association (UAEFA).

Idama, subsidiary of Ejadah Asset Management Group, will manage the main building, medical section, in-door playing area and all sporting facilities within the Al Khawaneej football complex. Idama Facilities Management provides integrated facilities management services for over 75 million sq ft of real estate development in Dubai, with solutions that are tailored according to clients’ specific community and environments.

This four year partnership will serve the association’s football complex in Al Khawaneej.

As part of this partnership, Idama will provide a comprehensive integrated range of FM services for the Al Khawaneej complex, including engineering services, soft services, and strategic solutions such as QHSE and energy saving initiatives.

Speaking about the partnership, H.E. Yousuf Al Serkal, President of the UAE Football Association, said: “We are pleased to have Idama as our facility management partner and UAEFA is confident that Idama’s expertise in the Facility Management and Energy Saving Solutions will greatly impact and add value to our sport facility."

Mr. Ali Al Suwaidi, Vice President of Idama has added: “Idama’s Facilities Management solutions will collaborate with UAEFA to optimise efficiency, implement best practice and sustainable approach solutions throughout the UAEFA sport facility. We are delighted to be working with UAE Football Association on this project, and we look forward to sustainable business partnership.”

The company has implemented energy management programs and solutions for residential and commercial communities including Jumeirah Beach Residence (JBR), Dubai Media City and Dubai Internet City among others. The solutions deployed have resulted in significant savings, with over AED 5 million saved on cumulative energy costs with the installation of optimum cooling systems in JBR, and significant cost savings in Dubai Media City with the installation of efficient light systems.
