Alargan Towell Investment Company is developing plans to build a 101-villa project in the Omani coastal city of Salalah.

Dubbed “Naseem Salalah”, the development aims to offer residential plots in Al Awqad, described by Alargan Towell as one of the city’s prime locations.

Plots will range from 600m² to 885m² in size and Alargan Towell architects and design personnel have already drawn up a plan creating single and twin villa model homes for investors to follow as guidelines with the aim of creating a homogenous community.

Tony Safarian, general manager of Alargan Towell Investment Company, said: “Our most recent foray into Salalah reiterates our commitment to the development of the real estate sector in Oman. These land plots offer customers the best in terms of location and pricing."
