Al Khodari wins $120m Riyadh city cleaning deals
Company lands five-year contracts covering Nassim, Sulai and Shumaisi
Abdullah AM Al Khodari & Sons has revealed that it has won over $120m (SR456m) worth of contracts for waste management and city cleaning in districts of the Kingdom's capital, Riyadh.
The company has secured two deals from the Riyadh Municipality - one worth SR300m ($80m) for the cleaning of the Nassim and Sulai areas, with the five-year deal starting by the end of the month.
The second five-year deal will also start this month and is valued at $41.6m (SR156m) and covers the Shumaisi district.
Meanwhile, the company has also revealed that as part of its plan to upgrade its plant and equipment, it will host another three-day auction of existing plant and equipment between 24-26 December at its Dammam yard.
Abdullah Fouad Holding Co has been appointed as auctioneer.
