Albatha Engineering in new acquisition

The UAE based company acquires stake in A.N. Wallis

Albatha Engineering group, part of Albatha Holdings, has acquired a substantial stake in A. N. Wallis, a manufacturers of ‘Earthing and Lightning Protection’ products based in the UK.

This acquisition is in line with Albatha Group’s strategy to enter international markets. Tecon Limited, a part of Albatha Engineering Group and has been appointed as the distributor of A.N. Wallis products in the UAE.

Adrian Ferrari Stanford, Managing Director, Albatha Engineering, said: “We are proud to be a UAE based company that has gone global by taking this substantial stake in an international company.”

Derek Nesbitt, Managing director at A. N. Wallis said: “We will be providing complete support to Albatha and capitalize on market opportunities. A.N. Wallis is a renowned name in the construction industry catering to the earthing and lightning protection requirements for all type building projects. Wallis has a long tradition of providing full range of first class earthing and lightning protection products all over the world.”

Albatha Engineering has been delivering mechanical and electrical contracting, surveying, fire protection and facilities management for over 40 years. They are also suppliers of high grade industrial chemicals, and sole agents in the UAE.
