NEWS, Projects, Club vista mare, NAKHEEL

Developer Nakheel has floated a tender for vibro compaction works at Club Vista Mare, the beachfront residential and recreation project on the Palm Jumeirah in Dubai.

Club Vista Mare is located at the middle of the trunk of the man-made island and shares the same view of the Tiara Apartments on the right side of the entrance road and overlooking the logo island.

The project includes 33 studio apartments as well as eight cafes and restaurants, retail areas and gymnasium facilities, all with  views of the Palm's eastern shoreline and Dubai’s landmarks.

Club Vista Mare will also be directly linked to Nakheel Mall and hotel, a AED2.5 ($680m) billion retail and leisure complex, which went out to tender at the start of the month.

Club Vista Mare complex will span almost 5,000m2  at ground level, with an additional 2,740m2 of residential space on the first floor.

The deadline for tender submissions is noon on 3 November 2013.
