Royal Star International and Centurion Residence Limited have entered into a joint venture to launch the Centurion Star Tower project, which is the first freehold commercial property located in Deira, Dubai.

The 12-story office building, which has a total built-up area of 492,000ft2, will have freehold retail spaces offering magnificent views of Dubai Creek and the Dubai Creek Golf and Yacht Club.

“The commercial real estate sector is set to take a giant leap forward, and with Dubai winning the Expo 2020 bid, this has now become a reality,” said Hamzah Abu Zannad, director of operations, Royal Star International.

“There is a major gap that we have filled in by launching this office property that is located in the heart of the city,” he said. “There is a huge demand for our project due to the exponential growth that the city is currently experiencing.”

“All they are looking for is a good property with all the amenities and a perfect location to conduct their businesses,” Zannad said. “Centurion Star Tower is embedded with all these features and has a great corporate personality coupled with a great business address.”

Centurion Star Tower has 168 offices, 22 shops, a rooftop pool with sunbathing decks, four gymnasiums, two saunas and two steam rooms, male and female prayer areas among other amenities and 375 parking bays for owners and their visitors.

The office sizes start from 800ft2 to 2000ft2, and are ideal for small and medium businesses. More than 40% of the land plot has been dedicated to public landscaping, greenery and fountains adding to the beauty of the building and the entire neighbourhood.

“Dubai is a safe haven for investors and a world class business hub,” Zannad said. “Centurion Star Tower will stand as a testimony to Deira’s performance as a prime business centre - the core of Dubai’s busy trading centre.”
