Oman-based Al Naba Group of Companies has announced the expansion of its business portfolio by adding integrated facilities management to the suite of commercial services provided by its flagship subsidiary, Al Naba Services LLC.

A full-fledged division has now been established under the umbrella of Al Naba Services to offer a wide variety of facilities management services to customers from the industrial, infrastructural, commercial, retail, residential, hospitality and health care sectors.

The new division will deliver repair and maintenance services, annual maintenance contracts and planned preventive maintenance solutions for HVAC, DG system, power supply, water treatment plants, fire fighting and BMS.

The vertical will also provide security solutions along with its current plethora of soft services that include housekeeping, specialized cleaning, building and property maintenance, catering, waste management, landscaping and pest control.

"Our foray into integrated facilities management (IFM) comes at an exciting time in Oman's ongoing economic development," said Mr. Krishnan, AGM - internal audit and quality control. "Our goal is to become the provider of choice in the delivery of facilities management and services throughout the Sultanate of Oman.

“We intend to work closely in partnership with our clients to identify and discern their specific needs and business objectives, and come up with solutions that contribute to customer bottom-lines."

As the single point of contact for customers, Al Naba's IFMS division will tap into the formidable and diverse resources of the parent group to provide comprehensive, reliable, cost-effective and customized solutions in line with client needs.

With more than 8,000 employees on its rolls, the Al Naba Group now ranks among Oman's largest employers in the private sector. The move to launch an IFM division underscores Al Naba's appetite for growth, as well as its ambition to spread its wings into disparate commercial fields in line with its vision to evolve into a premier, one-stop integrated services provider in the Sultanate.
