MEP services sought for Jumeirah Village Circle

Nakheel floats tender for its Dubai residential development

A tender has been floated for external MEP utilities maintenance services at Jumeirah Village Circle.

Nakheel’s 568 hectare development is due to receive 90 new villas by the end of the year after the developer struck an AED106m ($28.8m) deal with United Engineering Construction LLC (UNEC) in May.

Each villa has a gross floor area of 3,655ft2, and features indoor and outdoor living space, including a roof terrace.

Tender documents must be submitted by 3 February 2014.
