The award-winning Transguard Group, an Emirates Group company, has reached an impressive milestone with its ongoing strategic plan to upgrade and improve all of Transguard’s accommodation facilities across Dubai.

Through its property and logistics team, the total FM company has added more than 5,500 new beds and replaced some of its older buildings with refurbished and upgraded facilities for its growing workforce of 20,000 full time employees.

Mark Povey, marketing and communications director at Transguard, said: “These complexes feature extensive recreational facilities, such as outdoor sports, table tennis, table football, fully equipped gyms, Wi-Fi access throughout and 50-inch televisions.”

“They are also well situated, being within easy reach of supermarkets, barbershops, local restaurants and bus routes,” Povey added.

The three new buildings that Transguard has acquired are at Dubai Investment Park (DIP), Sonapur and Al Ruwayyah.

The DIP building is a brand new facility that will house over 1,300 employees, while the Sonapur and Al Ruwayyah buildings will accommodate over 1,000 and 3,000 staff members respectively.
