United Development Company (UDC) and Blue Salon Company have signed an agreement to open a series of retail outlets of global brands at The Pearl-Qatar.

Under the terms of the agreement, Blue Salon will oversee the opening of retail outlets of leading brands, including Blue Salon Kids, Ethan Allen, Samsung, Mimisol, Toys 4 me, Nespresso, Pressto, Gina, Kartell, and Oasis of Soul.

The agreement was signed by the acting CEO of UDC, Engineer Badr Al Meer, and the vice chairman of Blue Salon Nabil Abu Issa.

“The Pearl-Qatar has succeeded in attracting some of the world's leading brands by virtue of the special environment at the iconic Island, which combines fun shopping on the waterfront and the presence of high-end marinas,” Badr Al Meer said.

“The presence of these global brands at The Pearl-Qatar, one of the best projects in the region, will further raise the profile of the island,” he added.
