Zaha Hadid design school to open in Hong Kong
Scheme will have capacity for 1,450 students
Zaha Hadid Architects’ new 15,000m2 Innovation Tower School of Design at Hong Kong Polytechinc University is to be officially opened next month.
The practice landed the scheme, which will have a capacity for 1,450 students, following a competition back in 2007.
The 76m-tall university building is Hadid’s first permanent structure in the Chinese city and its scheduled opening date is 18 March.
