Memon awards $11mn contract

Dubai-based Memon Investments has awarded Cairo Contracting Company (CCC) a US $11 million (AED40.4 million) contract for the construction of its $22 million Cambridge Business Centre in Dubai Silicon Oasis (DSO).

Dubai-based Memon Investments has awarded Cairo Contracting Company (CCC) a US $11 million (AED40.4 million) contract for the construction of its $22 million Cambridge Business Centre in Dubai Silicon Oasis (DSO).

Eng Adnan Saffarini Office is the consultant on the project, while Stromek Emirates Foundation is working on the initial shoring and excavation.

The project has a completion schedule of 19 months.

The project will include 108 small, medium and large offices, 11 retail shops and a health club.
