Cityscape: Bloom launches waterfront development

Abu Dhabi Marina in Al Bateen will feature 225 apartments

Bloom Properties has announced the start of construction on its premium waterfront development in Al Bateen.

Abu Dhabi Marina will host luxurious residences, executive serviced apartments, hotel, cafes and restaurants and offer a cleverly interwoven design offering spectacular views of the Arabian Gulf, marina, and the city.

The project features 225 residential apartments, ranging from one to four bedroom units, a five star hotel comprising 200 hotel rooms and 57 executive serviced apartments, as well as 3,000m2 of premium waterfront retail and a convenient number of parking spaces.

The project will span an area of 41,797m2 and constitute a total built-up area of 149,719m2. It will also provide a total of 849 parking spaces for residents and visitors. Bloom Properties has contracted Al Shafar General Contracting (ASGC) for Abu Dhabi Marina’s enabling work.
