Ejadah Asset Management Group, the real estate asset management arm of Dubai Properties Group (DPG), is to open a new Abu Dhabi office; it’s second in the UAE.

The announcement was made by CEO Billy Daly at Cityscape Abu Dhabi, where Ejadah is showcasing its full range of community solutions alongside new products and services as headline sponsor.

Ejadah has been providing its services to Dubai-based developers, landlords and owners since 2004, and accessing the Abu Dhabi market is part of the company’s expansion strategy to provide integrated real estate and community solutions across the GCC.

CEO of Ejadah, Billy Daly said: “The demand for real estate and community solutions has been steadily increasing, and as a leading provider with a strong track record in Dubai, we aim to meet the rising demand in Abu Dhabi for high-quality, world-class services.

“Establishing Ejadah in the capital will serve to provide the rapidly expanding Emirate of Abu Dhabi with our large-scale integrated solutions. We look forward to further expanding our business to existing communities and new projects across the UAE and the GCC.”

The new Abu Dhabi Ejadah office is located in Al Etihad Towers in the heart of the Emirate’s central business district.
