Tenders floated for Muscat and Salalah airports

Nine tenders released for operation and maintenance services

Oman Airports Management Co (OAMC) has floated nine tenders for operation and maintenance (O&M) services and other facilities at Muscat International and Salalah airports, which are both under construction.

The tenders relate to O&M services of the district cooling system at the Muscat International Airport, O&M services of the district cooling system at the Salalah Airport, O&M services of facilities and systems at the Salalah Airport, and O&M services of fire detection and alarm systems at the Salalah Airport.

The other tenders relate to O&M services of fire detection and alarm systems at the Muscat International Airport, O&M services of high and medium voltage power supply and distribution systems at the Muscat International Airport and O&M services of high and medium voltage power supply and distribution systems at the Salalah Airport.

The other tenders floated by OAMC include the supply of ORAT logistics and event management services for the Salalah Airport opening, and systems and tender for software licence requirements.

The last submission date for most of these tenders is 5 June, 2014, while for the rest it is 4 June.

OAMC is responsible for the management and operation of the Muscat International and Salalah airports and for the future new airports of Duqm, Sohar and Ras al Hadd.
