The Breaker, real estate investment company Bin Faqeeh’s 35-storey residential development in Bahrain, has set the international record for being the highest pre-cast tower in the Middle East, and the second highest pre-cast tower in the world.

Located in Seef, Manama, The Breaker has a total height of 165 metres, and is being built on a total land area of 1980m2. The project has a scheduled delivery date of December 2014.

"The Breaker is a spectacular masterpiece addition to the Bin Faqeeh portfolio of properties,” said Faisal Faqeeh, chairman, Bin Faqeeh. "The Breaker is a pioneering building not just in Bahrain, but for the rest of the Middle East, as the project leads the way with many record breaking features.”

The Breaker is a residential development which includes one- and two-bedroom apartments, in addition to penthouses. Noteworthy features of the tower include private elevators for the penthouses, and a five-floor car parking space that can accommodate more than 200 cars.

Commenting on the building’s design, Faqeeh said, "The Breaker is a spectacular building with a modern designed architecture and extravagantly ornamented finishes. An extraordinary display of design, created with the best interior and architectural approach, dictates a majestic feeling that is truly overwhelming."

The record-breaking tower will be featured at the Gulf Property Show, taking place in Bahrain from 6-8 May, 2014 at the Bahrain International Exhibition and Convention Centre.

Jubran Abdulrahman, managing director, Hilal Conferences and Exhibitions, the organisers of the Gulf Property Show, said: “Visitors at Gulf Property Show will be left impressed at what the Breaker offers to the real estate market in Bahrain. Bin Faqeeh, as the strategic partners of the Gulf Property Show, are delivering their strategic support for the real estate sector in Bahrain with such breathtaking developments.”
