Kentz Corporation has announced that its engineering & construction arm has won a five-year contract in Kuwait worth $125mn.

The company will supply technical and supervisory staff to Fluor Kuwait as and when the firm needs technical staff to deliver its own consultancy services contract for Kuwait Oil Company.

Fluor signed a $410mn contract to provide front end engineering design, project management and construction management services to Kuwait Oil Company under a five-year deal in December. Fluor originally began working for Kuwait Oil Company under five-year term contracts ten years ago.

The group president of Kentz's engineering & construction arm, Tush Doshi, said: "We are very pleased to have been awarded this major contract that once again demonstrates our ability to win repeat business with core clients.

"Our focus on client delivery continues to see long-term benefits for the Group and we are delighted to be continuing our long standing relationship with Fluor in Kuwait."
