Dubai's Damac reveals new hotel management arm
NAIA by Damac to service more than 2,200 apartments by end of 2014
Damac Properties has announced the launch of a new hotel management arm which it has said will service more than 2,200 hotel apartment units set to open by the end of 2014.
The NAIA by Damac business will manage a property in Jebel Ali set to open next month, as well as apartments at other projects at Downtown Akoya, Miracle Gardens, Dubai World Central, Jumeirah Village, Business Bay and at Al Maktoum Airport St.
Each unit will have kitchen and maid services, with access to restaurants, swimming pools and a kids club.
The launch follows the Damac Maison serviced hotel brand launched last year, which is already up and running at a tower on Dubai Mall St. Damac said the Maison brand will ultimately manage almost 6,500 units across the region.
The firm will formally launch the brand at the Arabian Travel Market exhibition, which gets underway at Dubai's World Trade Centre tomorrow.
“We see a big market for NAIA by DAMAC serviced living in Dubai, which is designed specifically with the influx of tourists to Dubai in mind," said Damac's senior vice-president Niall McLoughlin.
