Higher College of Technology students given tour of Oman's first ITC

The Wave, Muscat, recently received a group of civil engineering and architecture students from the Higher College of Technology to share its construction success story and offer a practical understanding of the unique technical configurations and architectural designs of the master planned project.

Students were taken on a guided tour of the completed aspects at The Wave, Muscat and given an insight into the existing and proposed amenities, commercial and retail facilities as the waterfront community continues to move forward.

Hafidh bin Nasser Al Maskary, corporate communication manager of The Wave, Muscat, said: "The Wave, Muscat is a model for modern integrated living with construction elements that are new to Oman and only found in our property releases. During their visit, the students were able to appreciate how we have incorporated attractive open spaces, parks, gardens, and landscaped walkways that blend unique Omani architecture with contemporary design aesthetics that transcend into every aspect of our master plan."

He added: "We are always keen to welcome students to The Wave, Muscat and share our exemplary track record with enthusiastic youth that are shaping the future of our country."

Students were given a tour of the Reehan Gardens villas to witness first-hand the construction development along with the engineering and architectural dimensions of the latest properties at The Wave, Muscat. They were also briefed on the other world class components of The Wave, Muscat including the four luxurious hotels, Almouj Golf and Almouj Marina.

They were introduced to the latest release of villas and courtyard homes which bring to the market a blend of traditional and contemporary designs offering a sophisticated representation of Oman.

Recently, The Wave, Muscat also welcomed different groups of students, researchers and architects that expressed their admiration of the project and regarded it as a pioneering Integrated Tourism Complex (ITC) in the region.

The Wave, Muscat is Oman's first ITC, combining world-class amenities and services with luxury residences and hospitality options operated by leading hoteliers.

The diverse range of properties and retail facilities are complemented by Almouj Golf, Oman's only signature designed PGA Standard 18-hole links golf course, and the 400-berth Almouj Marina, Oman's largest private marina to deliver outstanding lifestyle and leisure experiences
