Al Qudra Holding has launched a subsidiary firm specialising in the manufacture of air conditioning equipment in a joint venture with UAE air conditioning firm SKM and Emirates Relations for Export and Import services.

Al Qudra Holding has launched a subsidiary firm specialising in the manufacture of air conditioning equipment in a joint venture with UAE air conditioning firm SKM and Emirates Relations for Export and Import services. The first operational factory for the firm SKMQ is due to be built in the Musafah area. The 45,000m2 facility is expected to produce 5,000 air handling units, 30,000 fan coil units and 500 chillers during the first year of operations. The production is expected to increase at a rate of 20% annually for five years after the fifth year of operation. SKMQ shall also specialise in the marketing, distribution and sale of all types of equipment and machinery, including spare parts and maintenance services associated with the cooling services.
