Abu Dhabi's Tourism and Investment Company (TDIC) has issued a pre-qualification request to contractors to undertake enabling works for a residential development on Saadiyat Island.

The scope of works includes hoarding, site security, piling (retention and bearing), dewatering and soil stablisation for the beach-side project plots along the north beach.

The deadline for pre-qualification responses is 23 July 2014.

In April and May TDIC floated pre-qualifications for its developments in the Western Region and Sir Bani Yas Island, respectively.
