MMG (Maintenance Management Group) and its sister company PMG (Property Masters Group) have been awarded the contract for total facilities management for Bay Tower in Beirut, Lebanon.

The 30-story high Bay Tower is located in Beirut's Central District and is primarily a residential building with retail units on the ground and lower ground floors.

The building also includes landscaped terraces, an outdoor sundeck and a swimming pool.

The contract, which starts in August, will see the MMG/PMG on-site teams cover the operation of the building on a 24-hour basis, manage subcontractors for both soft and hard services, and carry out the maintenance of the tenants' apartments.
