RSG International has unveiled their latest project Building No. 4 in Bay Square.

The commercial boutique building has been segregated into 60% commercial and 40% retail space, which makes it the smallest commercial freehold building in the Dubai's property market.

Specially designed with a grand five storey parking space of 175 in the basement, Building No. 4 is spread across five levels. Connected to the adjacent five star hotel by a footbridge, the building adorns an impressive feature with its panoramic lift.

Mr. Raj Sahni, chairman RSG International, said: "With intent to diversify our portfolio, we are proud to unveil our second venture in an exceptional location that is a fantastic addition to RSG International.

"We have backed our initiatives with a firm payment plan that best supports the investors. Also with the exclusivity granted by Dubai Property Group, this building will appeal to many and up the bar for not only RSG but also for other developers in the market in Dubai."

Bay Square offers prime residential, office and retail space in the heart of Business Bay. Bay Square's 5.1mn ft2 built-up-area is attracting multinational and regional businesses and discerning residents, with contemporary customisable offices and stylish residential apartments with retail outlets in ground and plaza levels.

Bay Square is a 13 building, mixed-use, low-rise development of up to 16 storeys high. The entire pedestrian-only zone has a built up area of 430,000m2.

Banke International, a Dubai based real estate company, has been chosen as the official property agent for RSG International to manage the leasing of building no. 4 in Bay Square.
