RSG International unveils Building No. 4 in Dubai
Building in Bay Square segregated into commercial and retail space
RSG International has unveiled their latest project Building No. 4 in Bay Square.
The commercial boutique building has been segregated into 60% commercial and 40% retail space, which makes it the smallest commercial freehold building in the Dubai's property market.
Specially designed with a grand five storey parking space of 175 in the basement, Building No. 4 is spread across five levels. Connected to the adjacent five star hotel by a footbridge, the building adorns an impressive feature with its panoramic lift.
