Al Khodari picks up $38mn contract in Taif

Company wins deal for new municipal building to complete in two years

Saudi Arabian contractor Abdullah AM Al Khodari & Sons has announced that it has won a contract with the Ministry of Municipal Rural Affairs worth $38.4mn (SR144mn).

The contract is for the construction of a new building for the Municipality in the city of Taif, close to the holy city of Makkah. It will be built in 605 days.

The win follows an announcement earlier this week that the company had picked up three university contracts for the Ministry of higher education worth a combined $184mn.

The deals included three separate facilities for women at Taibah University worth $99.7mn, as well as contractss for an administration building and a college teaching business at Northern Borders University worth $83.9mn.
