Dubai-based Wade Adams has completed its US $45 million (AED165 million) contract to carry out infrastructural work on the Victory Heights project in Sports City.

The client on the project is Victory Heights Golf Residential and Development Company, a joint venture between Arcapita, a Bahrain based investment bank, and Dubai Sports City.

The completed infrastructure at Victory Heights includes roads, sewerage, drainage, fresh water, electricity, irrigation and telecommunication facilities, which were all assigned to Wade Adams Contracting.

Victory Heights will include 935 luxury villas and townhouses spanning an area of 2.3 million m² in and around the Els Club Dubai golf course, which was completed several weeks ago at a cost of US $9 million.

The development will also include local and international schools, mosques, retail and community facilities, bike paths and walkways, in addition to a 'world-class' range of sporting, entertainment and leisure facilities within the city.
