Al Hamra Real Estate Development said in a statement that the high-tech service will be revealed at Cityscape Global in Dubai (Sunday) and will apply to its Falcon Island project in Ras Al Khaimah.

"With options to select additional rooms, interior finishing, landscaping, pool design, and home automation systems, the fully customisable app will use an individual's taste and requirements to generate a series of dynamic 3D renderings of their choices prior to purchase."

Kurien said that the app had been created to simplify the customer journey, following international interest in the new project. Once completed, customers will then a final quotation and details of along with list of materials and technologies to be used.

He said Falcon Island - a $272mn gated project on an artificial island - will be one of the most sustainable pieces of real estate in the Middle East.

"One of the site's most impressive features will be its lower-energy consumption facilities, with energy for cooling homes, powering street lights, and desalinating water to be sourced from an innovative photovoltaic bridge and solar cooling plant that will be constructed as part of the gateway to development," said Kurien.
