As Inaya celebrates its fourth anniversary this month, the company is signing and renewing a number of its key contracts in the UAE.

Having just completed a three-year term with Nakheel, Inaya is now all set to embark on a five-year contract with the developer to provide integrated FM services to several of its residential communities, including The Gardens, Discovery Gardens and The Gardens Furnished Apartments.

The above projects saw Inaya delivering FM services to over 8,000 units in 178 buildings, spread across 400 hectares. In addition to the above communities, Nakheel has now also entrusted Inaya with the FM contract for Badrah, its residential development in Jebel Ali.

“We are elated to have retained contracts for a second term with our prestigious clients,” said Nishant Ravindran, general manager, Inaya. “This win is dedicated to our team for their relentless efforts in delivering outstanding services. Our people hold the key to differentiating our services in this highly competitive industry.”

Besides Nakheel, Inaya’s current portfolio of clients also includes the Ibn Battuta Mall, The Galleria Abu Dhabi and Dragon Mart. It also made a foray into the education sector earlier this month, handling the facilities management for Raffles International School and the American Collegiate School in Dubai.
