Amwaj 2 property development in Al Raha beach in Abu Dhabi will be complete by the end of the year.

The project, which is undertaken by Abu Dhabi National Insurance Company (Adnic) in  will be completed in December and ready for occupancy, chief executive officer of the company Walid Sidani said on Wednesday.

Amwaj 2 is made up of 300 residential apartments.

“It’s a strategic investment which we made in property development several years ago," Sidani told Gulf News.

"It’s a great to see our two properties in Al Raha Beach getting completed. This will be a constant stream of rental income in our balance sheet."

Amwaj 1 is already complete and occupied.
