Aecom's Tishman Construction makes senior hire
Greg Gouldin appointed VP of business development for Mid-Atlantic
Aecom's Tishman Construction has appointed Greg Gouldin as vice president of business development for its Mid-Atlantic region.
Gouldin will be responsible for further developing Tishman’s business as a general contractor, leveraging the firm’s construction expertise in growing markets.
“We are very excited to bring Greg on board to lead our business development operations in the metro area,” said John Barron, executive vice president of Tishman Construction’s Mid-Atlantic region. “Greg brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to Tishman that, combined with his strong relationships, will significantly help us expand further.”
Gouldin has over 15 years of experience overseeing new business in the engineering, constructing and design-build services industry. He is an active member of the District of Columbia Building Industry Association, the Urban Land Institute, the U.S. Green Building Council and NAIOP, a leading commercial real estate industry group.

Prior to joining Tishman, Gouldin served as director of business development and marketing of Foulger-Pratt Contracting, where he was responsible for leading the business development and marketing efforts of the company’s $190mn contracting division.
