Dubai developer, Damac Properties, has added three new serviced hotel apartments in the Burj Area of Dubai.

Cour Jardin and Captial Bay will open their doors in the next couple of months, with Canal Views already welcoming guests from all over the world.

Damac Properties first launched its serviced living offering with Damac Maison – Dubai Mall Street just under a year ago and quickly followed with NAIA Jebel Ali, as it aims to become the region’s largest serviced hotel provider in the Middle East by 2018.

Ziad El Chaar, managing director at Damac Properties, said: “We currently have more than 10,000 serviced hotel apartments in development, all of which will be delivered by 2018. This will position the company as one of the largest hotel apartment operators and developers in the region.”
