Appleby International Middle East (AIME) and Force 10 have entered into a joint venture to provide a range of services to the region's developments.

The new company name is yet to be finalised, but both parties hold an equal share in the business.

"The realisation of this merger will enable a complete one-stop-shop of services offering feasibilities, design stage, interior design, construction and development, leasing, sales, property management and soft and hard facilities management," said Bruce Wright, head of FM in Abu Dhabi, AIME.

It will primarily focus on the UAE, with the view to expand within the GCC region.

The FM services range from security, pest control and waste management, to IT, consultancy and life cycle costing.

"The objective of AIME is to manage all costs within budget guidelines and constraints, implement clear channels of communication between all parties, introduce measures of performance for all services and promote excellence in all service standards incorporating essential services and occupational health and safety measures," added Wright.

AIME is part of the Australian property portfolio specialists, Appleby International that operates under the Apply Group, which was established in 1963.
