Damac Heights, an 86-storey, 335-metre tall tower being built in Dubai Marina, had won “Best International Residential High-rise Architecture” at the International Property Awards.

The VIP event at Madinat Jumeirah in Dubai saw Damac Properties walk away with 14 awards in total, including three 5* awards, which recognise the very best projects across Arabia.

Among its other awards, Damac was recognised for the “Best Golf Course” in Dubai for its Trump International Golf Club, Dubai, and for the high quality and ease of use of its website, www.damacproperties.com.

“The International Property Awards are the litmus test for the highest quality and most luxurious projects around the world and therefore it’s a great privilege to receive the top award for a second year in a row,” said Niall McLoughlin, Senior Vice President, Damac Properties.

“As a company we always strive to bring new and iconic design elements to every project we undertake – design which not only looks stunning, but also is practical and efficient,” he adde.

Construction on Damac Heights has currently reached the 47th floor, with the full tower set to be completed in 2016.
