Hilton inks three hotel deals for in KSA and Dubai

Two new Garden Inn hotels destined for eastern Saudi and one for Dubai

Hotel chain Hilton Worldwide is to open three new Hilton Garden Inn hotels in Dubai and Saudi Arabia, expanding its current portfolio to ten hotels under development or in operation in th region.

The Hilton Garden Inn Dubai Al Jadaf is expected to open in early 2017 and will be managed by AIG Investments. Hilton says the hotel’s location is strategic to Downtown Dubai and the main Dubai International Airport. The hotel will have 336 rooms, two food and beverage outlets and meeting, business and fitness areas.

Hilton Garden Inn Al Ahsa in easteren Saudi Arabia will open in 2016 as part of a management agreement with Al Jazeera Group. It will have handy links with Saudi capital Riyadh and the city of Damman, and will have 166 guest rooms, two food and beverage outlets, four meeting rooms; as well as business and fitness centres.

It will also be close – in relative terms - to the 154-room Hilton Garden Inn Al Khobar King Fahd Causeway which will also open in 2016. It is part of the mixed-use Shobily Development, near to central Al Khobar via the King Fahd road. The hotel has been agreed with Al Jazeera Group, as part of a management with Hilton Worldwide, and will feature two F&B outlets; four meeting rooms with pre-function space; as well as business and fitness centres.

Other hotel openings expected soon in Dubai include Hilton Garden Inn Dubai Al Mina; Hilton Garden Inn Dubai Al Muraqabat; and Hilton Garden Inn Dubai Mall of the Emirates. This year the brand also expects to open its second hotel in KSA, Hilton Garden Inn Tabuk, which joins Hilton Garden Inn Riyadh Olaya.

Hilton Worldwide features more than 59 hotels under development in the Middle East (including Egypt) across its Waldorf Astoria Hotels & Resorts, Conrad Hotels & Resorts, Hilton Hotels & Resorts, DoubleTree by Hilton, Curio – A Collection by Hilton and Hilton Garden Inn brands.
