Al Rostamani to build Deyaar's twin tower project
ARP appointed by Deyaar to construct The Atria in Dubai, its first foray into the hospitality sector
Al Rostamani Pegel LLC (ARP) has inked a deal with Dubai-developer Deyaar to construct its luxury mixed-use twin tower complex ‘The Atria’ located in Dubai’s Business Bay.
The project is Deyaar’s first foray into the hospitality sector, and will include a 30-storey mixed use complex with panoramic views of the Burj Khalifa, Business Bay Canal and the Dubai Stables.
The development will cover 1.25 million square feet; the hotel apartment tower will feature studios, one, two and three-bedroom apartments and three bedroom duplex units, and with also have a five-star spa, gym, infinity pool on the 25th floor, as well as fine dining restaurants.

The Atria project marks the Middle East debut for yoo Studio, the design and lifestyle brand founded by acclaimed international architect and designer Philippe Starck and property entrepreneur John Hitchcox. The design house has worked with some of the biggest names in the industry including Jade Jagger, Steve Leung and Kelly Hoppen and has projects in 50 cities around the world, including Los Angeles and Hong Kong.

Enabling works are underway, and Al Rostamani Pegel will mobilise on site once that work is completed. All main works on the project are set to be completed by H1 2017 under the terms of the contract.
