The Syrian branch of the Lebanon-based Maintenance Management Group (MMG) has secured two new contracts for Bank Bemo Saudi Fransi.

The first will oversee the management of the bank’s offices in Damascus. The second contract is for the construction of a branch in As-Suwayda, located 100km south-west of the capital.

Iskander Moussa, general manager of MMG Syria, shared: "MMG is delighted to have been awarded these two contracts by Bank Bemo Saudi Fransi. Despite difficult times within the country, it is vital that business continues, and MMG is pleased to be playing a key part to ensure that this happens."

In Lebanon, MMG’s sister company PMG has taken up the role as property manager for ‘The Edge’. Located in Yarzeh, a high-end residential district in Beirut, The Edge is a residential project consisting of 16 apartments in four blocks. The site also borders a high-density tree plantation and is situated close to the Presidential Palace.

Under the requirements of the two year property management contract, PMG will oversee the property’s admin, legal, accounting and site supervision, in addition to special projects.
