Lusail City waterfront project to Khatib & Alami

Khatib & Alami (K&A) has been awarded the design of one of QIMC's real-estate projects located in the waterfront district of Lusail City. consisting of an iconic high-rise sea view, strategically prime located residential building.

Khatib & Alami (K&A) has been selected by Qatar Industrial Manufacturing Company (QIMC) for one of its real-estate projects located in the waterfront district of Lusail City.

The project consists of a high-rise sea view, prime located residential building.

Said Abdul Rahman Al Ansari, CEO of QIMC: "We are pleased to take part in the development of Lusail City. Our aim is to continuously enhance the investment opportunities in our country.

"This iconic building is a reflection of K&A’s wide experience in setting up high standards and specifications in building design. It’s a guarantee that will greatly benefit our future tenants,” reported The Peninsula.

“We designed a winning proposal concept considering the client’s profile and the prime location of this project, seizing the challenging opportunity to create a unique, high-rise landmark on the waterfront of Lusail. We are looking forward to work on this project with an esteemed company such as QIMC and Hill International team,” said Oussama Dimachkieh, Director of Building Design Services at K&A.

QIMC selected the design on the grounds of being evaluated as highly effective, both in term of space planning and energy conservation with preserving some aspects of traditional architecture. With a total built-up area of 36,000m², the 26-storey high structure will consists of a total of 148 apartments divided into one, two and three-bedroom and two underground parking levels.
