The Al Khobar-based company said that the contract covers waste collection and disposal in the areas of Al Hada and Al Shafa, and all of the sites in surrounding villages. It will run for five years.

Taif is an agricultural city in the province of Makkah on the Kingdom's west coast.

Al Khodari, which earns 95% of its work from government revenues, achieved a 13.5% increase in revenues in 2014 to $463.2m. Net profits increased by 57% to $30m.
