Deira Islands is comprised of a spacious waterfront promenade and Night Souk district and measures approximately 1.9km, divided into four villages. It is planned to be constructed with a prefabricated system, allowing light and easy construction, development flexibility and optimised future tenant fit-out.

The Souk will be a main attraction of the island, providing food and beverage outlets at the front, utilising the back portion for various retailers. The Night Market and Boardwalk will provide Deira Islands with a unique retail destination for residents and tourist alike.
