Limitless floats tender at Downtown Jebel Ali
The company is one of a number of state-owned entities in Dubai who were forced into restructuring debt at the turn of the decade
Limitless has floated a pair of tenders at Downtown Jebel Ali in Dubai.
The first tender involves the construction of two buildings located behind the Galleries buildings.
The second tender involves the construction of a multi-storey car park.
The deadline for submissions is 24 May, 2015.
Downtown Jebel Ali, Limitless' flagship master community, has more than 300 third party plots, on which investors will build a mixture of apartments, office, retail developments and hotels.
Located between Jebel Ali Free Zone and Techno Park, DJA is easily accessible from Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Zone 1 can also be reached by the Dubai Metro, via Jebel Ali Station.
Limitless itself has already delivered The Galleries at Downtown Jebel Ali, a fully operational, rapidly expanding business and retail community in zone 1. The Galleries features state-of-the-art office facilities and retail outlets, with residential units coming soon.
The company is one of a number of state-owned entities in the Emirate who were forced into restructuring debt at the turn of the decade as they couldn't manage obligations taken on during a boom period once the global financial crisis and a local real estate crash hit.
A former property arm of Dubai World, Limitless restructured the sharia-compliant debt facility in October 2012 after several maturity extensions by a syndicate of lenders.
