Bloom Properties has announced a plan to build a 53-floor residential building in Dubai Marina.

The Stella Maris Residential Tower will be based at the southern end of Dubai Marina, offering views of the new Bluewaters Island on a site that is close to the Jumeirah Lakes Towers project.

Work is set to start on the project in the first half of 2015 and will take 30 months to complete. It will contain a series of 1-3 bedroom apartments, as well as some 4-bed duplexes. The building will also have a health club, steam room, sauna, kids room, cinema, games room, meeting space and outdoor swimming pools.

Bloom Properties is an Abu Dhabi-based developer owned by National Holding.
