Dubai-based developer Damac Properties has launched its first hotel villa concept, Nova Hotel Villas, at its Akoya Oxygen community in Dubailand.

The developer said that prices for the properties will start from around $477,463 (AED1.75bn) for a three-bed home, and that the villas will range in size from three to six bedrooms.

They will each have private gardens, a library, fully-fitted kitchen and sound system. Damac added that it will also use energy-efficient materials, low emission paints and solar water heating systems. The villas will also be set around the new Trump World Golf Club in Dubai designed by Tiger Woods.

Damac Properties' senior vice president Niall McLoughlin said: “Nova Hotel Villas will be the best option for a second home in Dubai,. Owners will be able to enjoy peace of mind that their home is cared for 24/7."
