Qatari firms took home two of the nine awards at the Building Healthcare Awards 2015.

The awards are annually held to recognise leaders in the healthcare building sector; specifically those who have dedicated their efforts to building hospitals that help improve healthcare services within the Middle East.

First place for two of the nine categories was awarded to Qatari hospitals – Enaya Specialised Care Centre, HMC for Best Physical Environment Award and Qatar Bio Bank for Best Laboratory Design Award.

Hamad Nasser Al-Khalifa, chief of facilities development, Hamad Medical Corporation commented on the company's award: "HMC is proud of receiving such a valuable award and would like to thank Building Healthcare Awards for its continuous role in bringing together the industry in one of the most successful events in the Middle East."
