Construction starts at Dubai Marina's Stella Maris
Work at the G+52 residential tower is on schedule, according to developer, Bloom Properties
Construction has commenced at the Stella Maris residential tower in Dubai Marina.
Work at the G+52-storey building is on schedule, according to developer, Bloom Properties.
Enabling works comprising the project’s foundations and basement levels is being conducted by contractor, NSCC International.
Commenting on the development, Sameh Muhtadi, CEO of Bloom Holding, said: “By commencing the construction work of Stella Maris as we promised during its announcement last April at Cityscape Abu Dhabi 2015, Bloom Holding has once again demonstrated its commitment to meeting the expectations of all [its] investors, and delivering [its] projects on schedule.”
Located at the southern end of Dubai Marina, Bloom has stated that Stella Maris represents its flagship development for Dubai. The residential tower will feature 313 residences, ranging from one to three bedrooms. In addition, the building will feature four-bedroom duplex apartments, townhouses, and penthouses.
Aside from the commencement of enabling works, Bloom also announced the appointment of Asteco Property Management as the exclusive sales agent of Stella Maris.
