TECOM Investments to rebrand at Cityscape Global

TECOM Investments announced it will rebrand as TECOM Group shortly, as it readies to deliver 18.5ha of offices in Dubai Design District and IMPZ by the end of 2015

Dubai based master developer TECOM Investments announced that it will deliver an additional 18.5ha (2m sqf) of office space by the end of 2015.

The new space will include 11 buildings in Dubai Design District (d3), and three buildings in International Media Production Zone (IMPZ). 

The company has also provided a progress update on its latest innovation-led projects the Creative Community in d3, and the Innovation Hub in Dubai Internet City, which are due to be completed in 2018 and 2019 respectively.

TECOM Investments also revealed that the business will shortly launch a new corporate brand and identity, TECOM Group, to better describe the organisation’s diverse portfolio of projects and investments in the city. 

Commenting on the developments, Dr Amina Al Rustamani, Group CEO of TECOM Investments, said: “Our upcoming developments will be fully-fledged communities with the objective of enabling business growth and championing creativity and innovation, and our new brand symbolises our diversified portfolio of projects and our deep focus on realising Dubai’s economic aspirations.

"We look forward to the next phase of our development, both as a business, and as part of Dubai’s wider journey." 

The16.7ha (1.8m sqf) Innovation Hub, located centrally around Dubai Media City, Dubai Internet City, and Dubai Knowledge Village, is planned for completion by Q1 2017. 

Creative Hub in d3 will open its doors in 2018.
